In the SPOTlight- Bureau Hero
The Bureau Hero program is to strengthen the
relationship between the Bureau and hospitality venues, while providing
incentives to hospitality employees to provide even better service.
The program
is designed to recognize hospitality employees in the Northern Kentucky area who go beyond the
expectations of the guests. These employees are truly dedicated to the
hospitality venue 110% and will do whatever they need to do to
make the visitor satisfied.
Bureau Hero
winners receive a certificate of recognition and are entered in a pool
of candidates, with a Bureau Hero of the Year winner which is announced
