Bureau Hero
The Bureau Hero award is a chance to recognize
hospitality employees in Northern Kentucky
who go beyond the expectations of guests.
We have awarded two Bureau Heroes in the
recent months. Our first Bureau Hero is Natalie Silas-Phillips
from the Holiday Inn Riverfront. Natalie was giving a guest directions
to the Convention Center and then decided to just drive them there on
her lunch break. The guests was so impressed by her nice
hospitality.
Our second Bureau Hero is Laura Elliott,
a Front Desk Associate at the Courtyard by Marriott in Covington, KY.
Laura found a very important card of a guests in their room
and quickly found his address in the database and had it in the
mail that day. The guests was very grateful that it was all taken care
of by the time he returned home.
These individuals truly show the meaning of
what a Bureau Hero is and how Northern Kentucky
has true hospitality. If you would like to nominate someone for Bureau
Hero, please contact Julie Brock
at jbrock@nkycvb.com.
