Bureau HeroBureau Hero

The Bureau Hero award is a chance to recognize hospitality employees in Northern Kentucky who go beyond the expectations of guests.

We have awarded three Bureau Heroes in the recent months. The first award was given to Robin Wallace at the Sheraton Cincinnati Airport. Ms. Wallace took home a guests laundry after housekeeping failed to pick it up, and had it for the guest first thing in the morning.

Another recent Bureau Hero was Julia Hicks at the Holiday Inn Riverfront. Ms. Hicks is in the Housekeeping Department and while cleaning a guest room she found $2,500 in cash and immediately took it to her supervisor and it was quickly return to the guest.

Holly Dunn from the Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront is the van diver for the hotel. Ms. Dunn goes above and beyond for all of her guests. She always makes sure she knows the local attractions and current happenings to inform the guests at the Radisson.

These individuals truly show the meaning of what a Bureau Hero is and how Northern Kentucky has true hospitality. If you would like to nominate someone for Bureau Hero, please contact Sue Cline at scline@nkycvb.com.
